Whilst an award undoubtedly counts for a great deal, it’s equally satisfying to receive an endorsement from a client, often for some of the smaller and more unexpected things that we might do during the course of a campaign. Something that gets a brand or product or personality really noticed. Something that can make a real difference to a campaign.

Recommendation, word of mouth or advocacy are vital and important parts of what we do. But equally important is what the press says about us as an agency. The approval of a hard-bitten journalist means almost as much to us as that of our clients.
